Questions and answers
Which screens work?
Most professional displays, with no extra box. Samsung and LG run Skjermly in the built-in browser, Philips and other Android displays run our app, and any screen with a browser works: smart TV, PC, Chromecast, Fire TV or Raspberry Pi.
What happens if the network goes down?
The screen has already downloaded your images and videos and keeps playing. Schedules such as a lunch menu follow the clock even offline. Apps like Entur show the last known data until the network is back.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel any time. The free plan with one screen lasts as long as you like.
Can several people on the board or staff update the screens?
Yes, every plan has unlimited users. Invite them by email and choose whether they are editors or administrators.
Is the dashboard in English?
The dashboard is in Norwegian today; English is on the way. Screens show whatever language your content is in.
Where is data stored?
Content and accounts are stored in the EU, in Stockholm. We don't use tracking cookies on the screens.
