This notice explains which personal data Skjermly processes and why.

What we store

• Your account: email address and which organisations you belong to.
• The content you upload: images, video and text shown on the screens.
• The screens: model, software version and when they were last online, so you can see that they work.
• Enquiries from the forms on the website: email, company name and number of screens.

Why

To deliver the service you asked for (contract) and to answer enquiries (legitimate interest). We don't sell data and we don't use cookies for advertising.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), stored in the EU (Stockholm).
• Vercel (hosting of the website).
• Entur, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and hvakosterstrommen.no receive requests for stops, places and price areas, but no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to hei@skjermly.no. If you delete your organisation, its content and screens are deleted too.
